The one I purchased from a rider in OR. does what you want. It clamps to the sissy bar and extends about 10" out over the rear light. Made from stainless steel plate with the L and R outer edges rolled over for the last inch with slot and holes for bungies. the front attaching edge is bent over and welded to the sides. A bar goes across the front of the sissy bar to clamp the carrier to the sssy bar upright. It has worked well for me, I;ve carried gold cart tire/wheel assemblies in for change, groceries, beer, and other large boxed goods on it. It was purchased from a post here on the Savage Web page about 6 months ago I think. I don't have a digital camera but will see if I can find one and take a picture or maybe the designer/builder would post the plans. Max
